About Kadra
Software for the work you put your name on
Kadra builds enterprise software for professional services.
Mission
Help consultants, agencies, and technology companies produce work they can send to a client without a second thought — proposals, and over time the rest of the documents professional services runs on — built to a standard of accuracy and polish that holds up under scrutiny.
Vision
A professional services team's judgment is their product. Kadra exists to protect that judgment as it scales — so growth doesn't mean more inconsistency, more rushed drafts, or more risk in what goes out the door under a firm's name.
Values
- Confidence over speed. A fast draft that's wrong is worse than no draft. Kadra is built to tell you what it knows, what it estimated, and what it couldn't verify — before you send anything.
- Precision as a habit. Client-facing work is judged on details: correct figures, correct names, consistent terms. Kadra treats that as the baseline, not a nice-to-have.
- Respect for professional judgment. Software should support the decisions a consultant or account lead makes, not replace them or obscure how a document was put together.
- Durability. We build for teams who will still be using this in five years, not for a demo.
Enterprise positioning
Kadra is built to enterprise standards from the start: validation before export, a confidence framework that separates confirmed facts from estimates, and a product designed to fit into how professional services firms actually work — not a consumer tool retrofitted for business use.
Why Kadra exists
Client-ready documents are still assembled by hand, under deadline, by people who are judged on the outcome. Kadra exists to remove the avoidable risk from that process — inconsistent facts, missed details, unclear confidence in what's been generated — so the people doing the work can focus on the judgment calls only they can make.
